LAST OF GARDEN RELISH 
1 qt. Lima beans
1 qt. sm. onions
12 sm. cucumbers
1 pt. carrots
2 bunches celery
1 sm. head cauliflower
6 green tomatoes
12 red peppers
1 qt. corn
1 pt. string beans
1 sm. head cabbage
1/2 gal. diluted vinegar
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. turmeric

Cut vegetables finely. Add 1/2 gallon diluted vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons ground mustard and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Boil 1/2 hour and seal.
