HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
5-6 potatoes 1/4 lb. bacon 1 onion 1/2 c. vinegar 1 c. water 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour (mix with water as gravy) Cook potatoes with jackets on; cool. Peel; cube. Fry bacon and chop onion. Cook until tender. Add vinegar, water, sugar and flour and water until thick. Add potatoes. Serve hot. |
