EASY BRAN REFRIGERATOR MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal (9 c.) 5 c. flour 3 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 1 c. oil 1 qt. buttermilk Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs well. Add oil and buttermilk; mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 6 dozen muffins. |
