2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. cocoa
3 c. dry oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil over medium heat. Boil about 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Drop by spoon onto wax paper. Let set until cool.
