BAKED HAM SLICES 
Rub 2 ham slices 1 1/4 inch thick with mustard (about 1 teaspoon dry). Place in skillet, roaster or dutch oven. Sprinkle brown sugar over each slice (a couple of tablespoons on each). Add enough milk to barely cover ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Milk should be absorbed.
