SPICY HAM SLICE 
1 fully-cooked, center-cut, smoked ham slice, 1 1/2 inch thick
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion and tops
Parmesan cheese

Slash edges of ham to prevent curling. Combine catsup, mustard and onions in 1 cup measure. Set aside. Place ham on microwave roasting rack in 12 x 8 inch utility dish. Microwave 10 minutes on 6. Turn ham over. Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave 5-6 minutes on 6, or until ham is hot or internal temperature registers 150 degrees. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Note: Do not use meat thermometer in microwave oven.

Variations: Substitute the following for catsup sauce - 1 cup apricot or peach preserves or 1/2 c. whole cranberry sauce mixed with 1/2 cup applesauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
