FRUIT FOR PIE 
5 qt. berries, whatever fruit you have
6 c. water
6 c. sugar
18 tbsp. instant clear-jel
3 lg. pkg. Jello, same kind as fruit

Mix clear-jel and Jello; add water and let stand 10 minutes. Add berries; cold pack 5-10 minutes. For a 30 pound can frozen cherries double the batch and maybe add a tablespoon more clear-jel and a little less sugar if sugar is added. Red food color can be added.
