LILA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
4 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. butter flavor Crisco 1 c. granulated sugar 1 1/2 c. PACKED dark brown sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract 6 JUMBO eggs 1 (12 oz.) pkg. real semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (8 oz.) can shelled & chopped Diamond walnuts 2 (3 3/8 oz.) boxes Royal instant vanilla pudding Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda in a bowl; set aside. In a LARGE bowl using electric mixer on medium speed, combine butter flavor Crisco, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar and vanilla until creamy, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Add 3 eggs; beat with electric mixer until creamy. Add last 3 eggs; beat with electric mixer until creamy. Now with a wooden spoon mix in Royal instant vanilla pudding until blended. Stir in chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes only. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wax paper. Makes about 8 dozen. |
