IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 stick melted butter 16 oz. container sour cream 8 oz. sharp grated sharp cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. milk Mix all ingredients together. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan or dish. Mix 1/2 stick melted butter, 2 cups corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of mixture, optional. Bake at 325 degrees or 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
