JANES HEAVENLY COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf Rhodes sweet roll dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour

Thaw sweet roll dough and let dough double in size, roll then on floured board so it fits into a pizza pan.

Filling: Cream the cheese and sugar. Then add the egg and vanilla. Pour over crust.

Topping: Blend together with pastry blender butter, sugar and flour. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Glaze with a white glaze. Good made the night before.

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Then add confectioners' sugar to make a glazed consistency.
