HAM AND NOODLES 
1 c. uncooked noodles
4 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Measure cup of noodles cut in short lengths. Cook in boiling water and drain when done. To noodles, add butter, beaten eggs, milk, ham and seasonings, including green pepper and onion. Place in greased baking dish and top with buttered crumbs. Bake covered for 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. (One cup of mushrooms may be added. Beef or chicken may be used instead of ham.)
