DIEBETIC ORANGE RICE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. slivered orange peel
2 c. diet orange fago pop
1 c. pre cooked instant rice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add celery and onion; saute until tender, not brown. Stir in orange rind and Fago pop. Bring to boil. Stir in rice, salt, and thyme. Remove from heat, stir so rice is good and moist. Let stand 5 minutes; fluff gently. Serves good with pork chops, baked ham, or sweet sour chicken.
