ORANGE RICE 
1 1/3 c. pkg. precooked rice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Combine rice, water, orange juice, and salt in saucepan. Mix just to moisten all rice. Bring quickly to a boil over high heat. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add grated rind, sugar, and butter, mixing lightly with a fork. Serve with lamb, duck, or chicken. Makes 4 servings.
