BAKED PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
1 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. persimmon pulp 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind 2 tbsp. butter Sift together flour, salt, soda, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done. Serve warm with whipped cream, hard sauce or lemon sauce. Serves 6. |
