PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg with milk and dry ingredients. Add melted butter, persimmon pulp and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
