CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit filling
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, eggs and cherry fruit filling. Mix until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

In a small saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a boil, stirring constantly and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, blend in chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
