SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or whipped cream cheese
1 stick butter, cut in half, melted (put in 2 dishes)
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach and drain. Add cheese and half of butter. Mix well with fork and season. Put in 1-quart casserole and cover with dressing to form top crust. Pour on rest of melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes until well heated.
