SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked & well drained
(I use a clean dish towel to wring out excess moisture)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 egg, well beaten

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until set.
