HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Butter (to grease dish)

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread in 2 quart baking dish that has been buttered. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Variations: You can also use 1 lb. regular hash brown and 1 lb. hash browns mixed with peppers and onions. You may also add ground beef or ham for extra flavor.
