SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients except soup in order listed. Mix well; form into large patties and roll lightly in flour. Brown both sides in hot oil. Pour soup and one can of water over meat patties and simmer covered for 45 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 steaks.
