SPINACH SOUFFLE 
4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Pinch of salt

Thaw and cook out all water - completely drain 4 packages frozen chopped spinach in electric fry pan. Add 1 cup mushroom soup, 1 cup sour cream, pinch of salt together. Put all in greased casserole. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 45 minutes, 325 degrees.
