DIPPED PRETZELS 
Melt any kind of good chocolate semi-sweet, milk, white, chocolate chips. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening for every 4 ounces of chocolate.

Then just dip the pretzels and lay them on a rack. Excess drips can be scraped up and returned to pot.

If you are in a hurry to eat these (I always am), place the rack in the freezer for a few minutes.
