TURKEY PIE OR HAM PIE 
2 c. quarter inch cubed turkey pieces or ham
1 (4 1/2 oz.) sliced canned mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt (use less salt when using ham)
1 c. shredded cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate (use butter).

MIX IN BOWL: Turkey or ham, mushrooms, onion, salt and cheese. After mixing, sprinkle into greased pie plate.

MIX IN BOWL: Milk, Bisquick and eggs. Use mixer or by hand until smooth.

POUR: Batter over other ingredients in pie plate.

BAKE: Until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand out of oven 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any leftovers. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
