MARINADE FOR SHISH KEBABS 
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. canola or olive oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. marjoram

Mix all ingredients together. Pour over shish kebob ingredients - vegetables too - and marinate at least 2 hours before skewering. Then use for basting while grilling or broiling. Yields: about 10 ounces.
