SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes, scrub & slice 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick with skins on.
Lots of bacon, fry & crumble
Green onions, sliced
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Heavy cream
Some butter (go light with the butter)

Layer potatoes, butter, cheese, bacon and onions in deep casserole sprayed with Pam. Pour heavy cream over all; cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
