NESTED BREAST OF CHICKEN 
1 c. wild rice
2 chicken breasts, halved
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. parsley
Paprika

Cook wild rice according to package directions. Brown chicken in butter after it has been dried on paper towel. Salt and pepper lightly. Lay the wild rice in a casserole and lay chicken on top. Prepare chicken gravy mix according to package directions, then add the extra 1/2 cup water. Pour over chicken; sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serves 4.
