SNACKTIME MOLASSES COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Blend Crisco oil and sugar. Then cream well. Add the egg and molasses. Beat well and blend in dry ingredients. Mix well. Add coconut and nuts. Drop by teaspoons on well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
