JAPANESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 heads lettuce
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
3 sliced green onions
3 oz. slivered almonds
3 oz. sesame seeds
3 oz. chow mein noodles

Combine above ingredients. Toss with 4 tablespoons sugar, 4 tablespoons vinegar, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Serves 10.
