JAPANESE CHICKEN 
Dip pieces of chicken (legs, thighs, breasts, etc.) in milk, then shake in bag of flour. DO NOT USE ANY SALT. Fry chicken to golden brown in Mazola oil. Dip fried chicken immediately (while hot) in sauce. Transfer to pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, basting while baking.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
Dash of Accent

Use must use Kikkoman soy sauce in order to get the correct flavor.
