DOUBLE CRUST PIE CRUST 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten (add water to make 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. shortening

Mix flour, sugar and salt together. Then work in the shortening. Add the egg and water last. Work until forms a ball. Separate into 2 balls for double crust pie or 2 single pie crusts.
