GLORIFIED TOMATO COCKTAIL 
60 tomatoes, unpeeled, washed and begin to cook
2 green peppers, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

While the tomatoes are cooking, cook together the peppers, onions and celery until soft. Add to the tomatoes and boil all together to blend flavors. Strain. Add salt and sugar to the juice, boil 10 minutes and can in jars. Recipe can be cut in half. Can refrigerate and drink the juice.
