TOMATO COCKTAIL 
4 qt. ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 c. celery
2 green peppers
2 sm. onions
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar

Cook until onions, peppers, and celery are tender. Put through foley food mill. Reheat (bring to a boil) pour in hot jars and seal.
