1 fifth Lambrusco (or other semi sweet wine) 48 oz. pineapple juice 32 oz. cranberry juice cocktail 28 oz. or 2 liter 7-Up 2 tbsp. lemon juice Combine ingredients. Freeze. Thaw until slushy, about 5 hours prior to serving. Serve slushy. May be re-frozen. Yield: 28 (5 oz.) servings. |
