KRAUT BEROKE 
1 lg. head cabbage (shredded)
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
3 ribs celery (cut in sm. slices)
1 lg. onion (diced)
1 carrot (shredded)
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Brown ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until done. Let mixture cool.

Prepare Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix as directed on package through first 4 steps. Cut dough into 8 equal parts, and roll into squares (about 5x5 inch). Place a heaping slotted spoon of cabbage mixture onto each square. Press edges together like a tart. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
