1 lb. carton cottage cheese, sm. curd
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello, dry

Mix cottage cheese, Cool Whip, and crushed pineapple together. Add Jello dry and mix well; chill before serving.

Any other flavor of Jello may be used with same recipe (strawberry, cherry, lemon, etc.)
