ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 head shredded lettuce
Slivered almonds
Chives
Sesame seeds
Bean sprouts
Chinese noodles

MARINADE:

1 c. seasoned rice vinegar
1 c. sesame oil
1/2 c. sweet rice wine

Shred chicken about 1-2 inches long; marinade in refrigerator overnight. Repeat layers of shredded lettuce, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, chives, chicken, bean sprouts. Put Chinese noodles on top.
