ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
3 cooked chicken breasts
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. chopped celery
1 can waterchestnuts
1 lb. seedless grapes

Cut cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Add chopped celery and water chestnuts, almonds, pineapple and grapes. Mix and chill.

SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of lemon juice

Mix ingredients for sauce and chill. Do not mix sauce with other ingredients until soon before serving or unless you really like the taste of curry.
