CHICKEN SALAD ORIENTAL 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds

Combine and chill first 4 ingredients. Blend sour cream, ginger, salt and pepper; add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly. Serve with toasted almonds. Serves 6-8.
