SAVORY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. round steak cut 1 inch thick
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 6 oz. canned sliced mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
Heavy duty aluminum foil

Place the steak in the center of a 20 inch long sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle with the soup mix. Add the mushrooms if desired. Bring the foil up over the meat and double fold edges to make a tight package. Place in a shallow baking pan, bake in 375 degree oven for one hour or until fork tender. Use savory broth for gravy.
