STUART'S SAVORY STEAK 
6 thick ground chuck patties
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Season salt
Pepper
1 c. water
1 tbsp. flour

Season ground chuck patties with season salt and pepper to taste. Brown in skillet on both sides. Mix onion soup mix in water. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix well. Pour over ground chuck patties and simmer until done, about 30 minutes.
