HOT BUTTERED RUM 
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 cubes butter, melted
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
Rum
Boiling water

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT rum and water with mixer until well blended. Store butter mixture in a covered container in the freezer, until ready to use. To serve: in cup or mug, combine 1 tablespoon butter mixture, 1 shot rum and 6 oz. of boiling water. Stir and serve.
