CREAM MOLD WITH BERRIES 
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. half & half cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
1/2 c. ground almonds (optional)
1 c. whipping cream

Combine gelatin, sugar, and light cream. Heat to dissolve sugar and gelatin. Remove from heat. Add salt, syrup, and flavoring. Cool until starts to thicken. Fold in nuts and whipped cream. Pour into 1 quart mold. Cool until firm. Unmold and pour berries over mold.
