ROYAL ICING 
2 tsp. clear vanilla
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. Crisco
1 tbsp. meringue powder
2 lbs. Domino powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp. popcorn salt

Make sure bowl has no grease residue. Using electric mixer on medium cream Crisco, flavoring and salt. Add milk, water and meringue. Slowly add powdered sugar. Very stiff icing, used to decorate.
