CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
2-3 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2-1 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Thaw peas and celery and green onions in large bowl. In separate bowl mix sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to peas, celery and green onions; toss lightly. Cover with plastic wrap, chill overnight. Flavors mix nicely and salad is nice and crunchy. This is a nice pot luck salad.
