TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2-3 c. shredded cooked turkey
1/2 lb. spaghetti or macaroni, cooked
1/2 to 3/4 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1 c. heated whipping cream
3 tbsp. dry white wine

Combine noodles, mushrooms and almonds. Melt butter, stir in flour. Stir in broth, salt and pepper and cook until it boils. Remove from heat and stir in whipping cream and wine. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Add half the sauce to turkey and half to noodles. Place noodles in greased baking dish. Make a hole in the center. Place the turkey in it. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake until lightly browned. Serves 8 to 10.
