CHICKEN (OR TURKEY) TETRAZZINI 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. Half and Half or cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
5 oz. thin egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Brown the mushrooms and onions in the butter.

2. Stir in flour gradually to make a paste.

3. Pour in cream gradually and then broth.

4. Stir until thickened and then add seasonings.

5. Place a layer of noodles in a greased casserole, then the slices poultry, half the cheese, than half the sauce. Repeat with the remaining half of the noodles, poultry, cheese, and sauce.

6. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
