BAKED SHRIMP AND CHEESE DELIGHT 
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. cooked shrimp or 2 (5 oz.) cans, well drained
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute mushrooms lightly. Mix with all other ingredients. Put into buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
