CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 lb. carrots
1 onion
5-6 potatoes
2 c. milk
16 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 pkg. frozen broccoli

Saute in butter, shredded carrots, onion, and potatoes 20 minutes or so. Add a little water. Add milk, broccoli, and Velveeta cheese. May add some water.
