CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can potato soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped broccoli, frozen
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup water
1 cup milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In medium sauce pan, cook onion in hot butter until tender but not brown. Add corn, broccoli, carrots, and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated. Yum-yum!
