NO BAKE DATE COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. dates
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut or walnuts, crushed

Mix eggs, dates, sugar and butter in pan over heat. Cool until dates are soft, about 8 minutes. Add Rice Krispies, cool, roll into balls 1 teaspoon each. Roll balls in coconut or walnuts.
